When do you bring us your certificate?·
I studied at the National University. (The government pays all the cost of education for the top students.)
I have my certificate with me but For official translate of my degree. I have two options. I must either pay the cost of education to the government or I should wait for a year to get it without paying money. ( This waiting time is because, The government doesn’t want to lose the successful graduates. So , They will give us the official translation for the other countries after a while or they take money instead)
If you want to be sure of my degree. I must pay the government, almost $ 15000. I could borrow that money from my family and pay it to the government. The other way is, I’d be grateful If you give me the opportunity for a year. Therefore, I will not have to pay that cost. And after a year I’ll dedicate the government translation to you.
I’d like to mention, In any case, whatever you ask and any way you want. I’ll do the same.
Tell me about yourself. ?
First and foremost, I would to thank you sir (and thank you all) for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Amir and I have bachelor degree in Information Technology . I can summarize who I am in three words, “someone who is easy to get along with ,who can handle stressful situations and heavy workload, I always love to learn new things and to be challenged” , My personal philosophy is “do your best in everything you do”. People who know me best say that, “I won't show up until I've completed the work ” , I have a positive attitude and I am open to learning new things from others.
What are your strengths?
My time management skills are excellent and I'm organized, efficient, and take pride in excelling at my work. When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule. And above of that I have really strong emotional feelings about my job, “My career is my life”
What are your weaknesses?
I’d like to mention nobody is perfect, and we all have areas of development that we need to work on. For me, If someone isn't working hard enough, sometimes I end up picking up the slack. I mean finally, I’d be bored. I'm working on just sticking to my own order of business.

My potential was very limited in my previous job. I read the job description very carefully and studied the website of your company, to understand what you do and what will be expected from me. After I did so, I realized that I can bring a lot to the company. My strong skills and expertise can take the whole company to next level, if I get chance to use it. The salary is not the first priority for me. I applied for this job because I really like the role you offer. I know that if I work well and achieve good results, the salary will meet my expectations.

But I am willing to accept your offer as I know that I have to prove my abilities firstly and I am ready to prove it. I am an active person. I cannot imagine my life doing nothing or just lying somewhere. The work itself motivates me, since I really like to work. In addition, I like to see results of my work. Can you tell me something about your education?
I studied in national university called Professor Hesaby Technical and professional University. I acquired knowledge from statistics, project management and process management. I was very active during my studies and took part in several practical projects (My scores prove that). Overall my studies were really practical and I believe that I am very well prepared for this job. plus, I have been working (at computer institute as a teacher) and studying at the same time, I believe that helped me to learn practical and deeply.
Can you tell us something more about your working experience?
“I have 12 years of experience. I had done a lot of things in my life, what helped me to gain a good overall understanding of business. From 2003 to 2006 I worked like an independent programmer and a computer teacher, mostly we were teaching computer programs and programming languages. I believe that I can utilize the knowledge and contacts I gained during this time in your company. I learned how to budget the project and lead it from the scratch to completion. From my other experience I can briefly mention my position as a programmer, IT consultant from 2006 to 2008 and my teaching experience and coding some projects from 2010 to present.”
What are your goals in five years horizon?
“I would like to be promoted in five years and have a really good job in a really good company – like yours one.”

What are your biggest achievements so far?
I became a better person over the years. I learned to listen to the others and see the good in people. I consider this as my biggest achievement. Plus, when I want something too much, I earn it by effort and working hard. For example, in the past, I learned typing fast and with 10 fingers, English, programming, various utility programs and so on.
What characterize a good boss/ colleague from your point of view?
I can get along with everyone. All I want to be sure about when it comes to my boss and colleagues is that they are qualified for the job. And when I see the level of proficiency in this interview, I am sure they are qualified.

I am ready to start as soon as possible.

High achievers tend to perform well in high pressure situations. I have enjoyed Working under pressure, it's like a challenge. Creating a better environment and planning will lead to success that's what I believe the most.
Tell me about a time that you participated in a team, what was your role?
The situation was that our four-person team was tasked with developing models for field operation of our company. The task was to identify initiatives to improve efficiencies using different methods. Two team members focused on one analysis approach while the other two members worked on another method. We had to formulate three initiatives to improve operations. “ “One team members wasn't showing up for meetings, despite constant reminders and encouragement. His lack of participation was affecting team efforts and needed to be resolved quickly. My approach was to meet with the problem team member in private and explain the team's frustration and how his actions were affecting the project. I asked if there was anything I could do to help. Before taking this action I discussed my intentions with the other team members to get their consensus. ““The problem team member told me he was burdened with another difficult project. I proposed we find resources to help him with the other project. He agreed. I also asked him to commit to specific actions toward our project and to attend team meetings. The results were: after I found other resources and employees to assist him with his other project, he was able to invest more time on our team's project and focus on specific milestones. The final team result was that we finished our project on time, and presented our recommendations to the company's operations leadership team.
Do you prefer to work independently or on a team?
I am equally comfortable working as a member of a team and independently. I prefer to obtain top quality results within time limits. Working either alone or as part of a team.
What challenges are you looking for in a position?
I understand that challenges are part and parcel of the job requirement that I am aiming for. I am actually looking for jobs that would challenge me on a professional basis, so that I can enhance my skills/abilities in order to add more value to the product or service that the company is offering to its clients.

What have you learned from mistakes on the job?
I learned that without proper coordination, even the simplest task could cause problems in a project. I had this problem during my first job. From that time on, I made sure every I thing follows every detail and coordination.
How do you deal with conflict?
I am fortunate that I have not had much if any conflicts in the workplace because I believe in maintaining good communication with others. I have found that good communication does prevent most conflict from occurring since poor communication is the primary reason for most conflict in the workplace. Listening is key to maintaining good communication.
Tell me about a time when you helped resolve a dispute between others.
Comedy works very well, and resolves conflict by relieving stress and anger.
What are your special skills or abilities?
I am a team player and most importantly an idea champion. I have a knack of listening more than what I speak and perhaps, that is why I tend to gel well with team members and generate ideas from them. I make sure that everyone gets a chance to voice his idea and thus, is equally involved in the project. Having said that, I believe I shall bring value to the project, for I shall be able to manage and involve the multi ethnic members of the team.
What kind of work do you enjoy the most?
A job or career that is challenging. also that I can learn something new and different not only everyday but a year from now and a job that I can move up the ladder in.
